Merchant & Cory's
Photo and video documenting the renovation of a historic Cardiff landmark into new facilities for Cardiff Sixth Form College — content built for web, social and awards submissions.

What we did
Expedite Group brought us in to document the renovation of Merchant & Cory's, a historic Cardiff building being given a new lease of life as facilities for Cardiff Sixth Form College. The brief was to capture the transformation — honouring the heritage of the building while showing the modern spaces taking shape inside it.
We produced a full set of photo and video across the site, working at ground level and from the air to capture the scale of the two buildings, the detail of the craftsmanship and the progress of the works. The aim throughout was content that felt as considered as the project itself.
The finished content was used across the client's website and social media, and submitted for industry awards — a complete library telling the story of the build from start to finish.
